Angel Rising is an original abstract painting with angelic spiritual theme. Painted traditionally by acrylic paints on canvas sheet 45cm x 61 cm (17.7 in x 24 in) in year 2020. The angelic theme was not intentional, I was following a whim of inspiration and the final motive gradually unfolded itself. The impression from the finished painting is an angel rising above to heaven, bringing a purifying fire upon the earth. The divine being is healing the hopeful, spreading love to the unfeeling and giving warm to the cold scenery under its spread white angelic wings. The white graceful being can be also a spiritual dream guide, mystical guardian of the peace, faith and unity. The texture in the background is earthy brown with gold and copper colors, combined with cold blue. Another impression from this artwork can be a phoenix rising from the flames.
