This original gouache painting depicts blue ocean waves with white foam, breaking against a snowy cave. The scenery looks like the foamy high waves were crashing inside the frosty cave, but there is also light coming from the snowy wall, which looks like part of an arctic iceberg. The cold sea water underneath is deep blue, as is the inside of a dark cave on the background of the painting. The serene scenic natural sea beauty can be found somewhere remote, in the antarctic or arctic, with no people around, only the vast ocean. This cool arctic scenery has both fierce passion and beauty of wild nature in it. The original gouache painting of high ocean waves at ice cave was made in 2010 on paper with dimensions 36cm x 48cm (14.2 in x 18.9 in).
